About me
Helping athletes and leaders perform at their highest level — sustainably
Background
15+ years in elite sport
I am a Norwegian performance coach, sports physiotherapist, lecturer, researcher, writer and speaker with more than 15 years of experience working in elite sport and high-performance environments.
My work has taken me across Olympic sports, World Championships, World Cups and international performance environments — supporting athletes and teams in snowboard, beach volleyball, ski jumping, sailing, alpine skiing, endurance sports and motorsport.
I'm based at Olympiatoppen in Oslo and work with the Norwegian national ski jumping team, among others. Before coaching, I competed myself — in snowboarding, football and long-distance triathlon.

Manual therapist
What is a manual therapist?
A manual therapist (manuellterapeut) is a physiotherapist with further master-level specialisation in the musculoskeletal system — and, in Norway, extended clinical authority. This is the qualification I hold.
What drives me is not only improving physical performance, but understanding the person behind it. I combine sports science and clinical expertise with a holistic approach that integrates physical capacity, recovery, mindset, communication, relationships and long-term health.
Today I work with elite athletes, executives and ambitious individuals who want more than short-term results — helping them build sustainable performance in sport, work and life. I also speak to organisations and teams on what business and everyday life can learn from elite sport.
